So I haven't written a blog in forever. I guess because things have been so weird. Things are so different now, its hard to get back to my daily life...

On a lighter note, back in school..it sucks..lol went to Mobile the other day- had so much fun!! Went to the olive garden-- it was so0o much fun not having to endure the limited menus! haha and then i went to the mall. I bought a 200 dollar purse on sale for 20 dollars in dillards, i was gonna buy a new dooney and bourke, but i just decided not to pass up the kathy van zeeland one, its freaking gorgeous-white with rhinestones- ya gotta see it..lol I also spent 100 dollars on MAC makeup. Ahh it was so nice to spend money. Its been almost a month!!!! anyways, thats about it i will write more lata! love, lorna

Hey Guys! It's been so long since I've been on!! The hurricane was truly awful. I'm fine, just got home, I haven't been able to use the computer for like 2 weeks, so that wasn't fun. My house, my family, and everything for me is fine. I went to north, ms for those two weeks and stayed with some family up there. Things are definitely crazy to come home to. It's like a war zone. There are army people, helicopters, and stuff --clothes, chairs, wood---etc just in trees and on the roads, just everywhere. There are like signs everywhere like spray painted signs with people threatening "to shoot if they loot." Crazy that it has to come down to that, but people stealing things has been pretty bad. I live in Ocean Springs, which is right by Biloxi- right over the bridge--which is gone. There is really nothing left in Biloxi. You can't go there right now. At least not on Hwy 90. Ocean Springs is probably in the best shape of all the towns right now. I rode around and saw were all these gorgeous houses used to be, and there was nothing. It was just so sad... We have cable, and water, electricity, and the cell phones work now. You couldn't call anybody for a while. My parents stayed here- in Moss Point. They're fine, but they said that it was just water- like a surge of 20 or more feet of water- just coming and coming. I'm definitely glad I left. I'm just thankful that I'm here, im trying not to care about everything else right now,lol. But like I said, things are getting better. People are outside working everyday, and things are opening back up. So hopefully it will not be too long before everything gets back to normal- except for Biloxi to New Orleans- that will take a while... I'm just so thankful. So many people have nothing. All their stuff is gone, completely gone...

I'm so0o very thankful for all the people who have helped the Gulf Coast. There are people from absolutely everywhere still continuing to help out. There are people from nevada, ca, fl, tx, ga, virgina, and everywhere else still here. So many charities have donated millions of dollars, and fema and the red cross in my opinion have definitely stepped up now. I'm so thankful that all the people that need the money are already getting it.... things are gradually changing.........

Unfortunately not everything is open- walmart is only open until 7, edgewater mall is no more, the casinos, what am i gonna do....

This whole thing took everybody by surprise, no one expected it to be so big. I guess next time people will listen....

On a lighter note-- The Saints won------ GOOOOO SAINTS!!!! Keep it up! lol

Thats about it right now... but heres something i found:

Laugh-- what's the point in hiding happiness?

Hug-- there's no better feeling than being wrapped up close to the one you love.

Live-- for living is everything.

Hey Hey! Things have been great! I've been working a lot, but I like it. I like all the people there. It's a lot of fun. So I got all of my books and everything the other day, so thats cool. I have everything I need, well I've had it all for a while now. I had a lot of fun this weekend. We went and did bumper cars and bumber boats. It was a lot of fun.haha. I got soaken wet- but its all good! I had a snow cone too- I haven't had one in years, kinda sad, but I used to eat those all summer long. I know its been atleast 5 years, so it was nice. I spent a lot of time on the beach and the mall this weekend. It was a really nice weekend. I got to relax, loved it.

So now I'm sitting here, not wanting to go to sleep or work tomorrow,but oh well...

So my page is still saying there are errors or whatever but I have changed it a million times and theres nothing wrong.haha it is being dumb! Oh well I guess there is just going to have to be errors because im not changing it anymore. I've already taken everything off of here, so yeah..

I got the job I had been wanting, so I'm excited! yay! It's about time they called-lol after all that stuff i had to do.anyways, today was fine..I'm watching Laguna Beach right now, of course.
